Mr. Popper lives with his wife and two children. One day, he writes a letter to an explorer in the South Pole and receives a penguin as a present from the explorer. Captain Cook, the penguin, is getting lonely so the aquarium keeper gives Mr. Popper Greta, another lonely penguin. Greta and Cook have 10 little babies. The Poppers train the penguins to do shows and become rich. When Mr. Popper and his penguins go to jail because the penguins interrupted the seal show, the explorer comes and helps them to get out of jail. Once there was a giant raisin cookie baked by a famous baker. It was so huge, it could feed the whole nation! The baker called some painters to paint the cookie with bright colors. He wanted to bring the cookie for the president of U.S.A. to celebrate his birthday.  read more »

My pretend pet is Cotton Ball, a bunny. She eats carrots, celery, salad, edible flowers, rice that is cooked, small bits of cooked meat, the stems of plants, and clover. To prevent her teeth from being as long as a walrus' teeth, she uses a little piece of wood and keeps chomping on it. She even has her own bunny mouthwash that tastes like her favorite food, carrot mint cookies.  read more »
